Your data bundle will expire either after its validity period or after you spend your entire data allocation. Every data package associated with eSIM has a fixed validity period, either seven or thirty days. This means, for instance, that if you had activated your eSIM, your bundle would automatically expire on the seventh or thirtieth day after your landing date in the country.

The exception will only depend on your data packages, say 3 GB or 20 GB, that get exhausted while using it. Your plan would not technically expire; you would only lose access to the data. If your plan expires with unused data remaining, then, unfortunately, that data will be lost, and there will be no recovery.
